I think the most common one is:
LAZIK: reshapes the cornea at a deeper level cmpared to lasek.
A thin flap of corneal tussue is created which is gently lifted and the laser is applied to the underlying tissue,making microscopic changes to reshape it, then the flap is put back in its original position.
The entire proess take about 15mins and unlike other laser correction techniques,LASIK patients experience far less discomfart after the procedure.
